I have just cleaned the stuff up a bit, and put it all in 
http://www.frascone.com/tuxcidd-0.1.tgz  It *does* require headers from 
the tuxphone portion of the CVS repo for tuxscreen: (homepage:

http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=20228)
