[mythtv-users] Prebuffering pause with analog but not digital

I have fe/be running on one machine with a HD5500 card. At one point the 
analog channels worked; now i cannot get them to. Digital channels 
(including HD) work just fine.

The mythfrontend console outputs looks like this during playback of any 
analog channel:

CPU utilization is very low (around 10-15%) during analog playback.

I've messed around with various options in the UI regarding timing and 
de-interlacing, but nothing seems to have any affect at all on the problem.

FWIW, myth saves data to a hw raid 5 card (rocket raid 2310).

Any hints would be awesome...
