[mythtv-users] mythbackend exits with "HandleRemoteEncoder(cmd GET_STATE) Unknown encoder 1"

The backend does run for a while. It even records a show or two. While it is running,
I can go to the backend status page in MythWeb and I see the state of all the tuners
(well, the 3 pvr's, at least, as the hdtv3000 isn't currently connected to a video source
since I am having problems scanning for channels).
