Hey, Kevin. You may be able to pin down your problem more precisely than "ATI's driver sucks" (though there's no disputing that point!). Do other video clips from other sources look similarly tainted on the remote front end? What happens if you copy the recorded MPEG directly to the front end and load it into MPlayer/VLC/etc...? -benton
