The HDHomeRun (signal that I like) is a HD signal from US Broadcasts.  
(Antenna).
The Firewire HD (signal that has two top and bottom letterbox bars) is a 
HD signal recorded from a Comcast Cable Motorola 6200 (new revision).  
It is perfect, except for it's size.
