[mythtv-users] hauppauge PVR-500 audio instability

I tried to search the mythtv user list and could not find a resolution
to the audio instability problem on Hauppauge PVR-500 descibed in
   http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Hauppauge_PVR-500
Is there any resolution to this problem?

The way I am experiencing the audio problem is that when I am not
recording with tuner 1 about every second time I enter WatchTV I get
"snow" sound instead of good sound. I then have to reenter WatchTV one
or two times in order to rectify the problem.
