[mythtv-users] Error loading mythweb

[Jon]

I installed mythtv and mythplugins from SVN (build 13282-1). After
configuring mythweb, I get this error when I try to open mythweb in a
browser:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function backend_command()
in /var/www/mythweb/includes/utils.php on line 60

Line 60 of utils.php reads:

backend_command('CLEAR_SETTINGS_CACHE');

I'm hoping someone can give me and idea of where to go from here. I'm
running Ubuntu Fiesty (7.0.4) Apache 2.2.3, PHP 5.2.1.
