[mythtv-users] Restricting functionality thru MythWeb

I was looking for a way to restrict functionality to
non admin users using myth web.  Basically removing
the ability to modify settings, delete recordings or
schedule recordings.  There are a few references from
2005 to this as imminent future functionality, but I
don't see anything recent.  Did this come to pass?
