The NSK2400/Fusion's airflow was designed, for whatever it is worth, to 
have both 120mm fans set up as exhausts.  It comes assembled this way 
and there is a little internal plastic baffle that is attached to the 
case wall near one of the 120mm fans that is supposed to route air from 
deeper in the case towards the fans as opposed to having fresh air from 
vents located right by the fans being exhausted immediately.

The SI-128 heatpipe heatsink is a popular choice for this case because 
even though it is designed to accommodate a 120mm fan attached to the 
top you can get very good results without one as the NSK2400's 2 120mm 
case fans will be immediately next to it, either pulling or pushing air 
through the vertical fins of the heatsink.  In my case, and from what I 
have read of others' experience, cpu temps tend to be lower when the 
fans are set up as intakes and blowing directly onto the heatsink as 
opposed to exhausting.  For reference, it is possible to attach a 120mm 
fan to the top of the si-128 in a nsk2400/fusion with the lid closed 
although there is less than a centimeter of clearance.  Unless you had 
an extremely hot cpu I don't see the point.  From memory, with 2 Nexus 
120mm fan as intakes blowing across the SI-128 my 65w Sempron 3400 is 
showing about 42-43C at full load.  I believe it was 29-30C at idle.

Also, running both 120mm fans as intakes will put positive air pressure 
inside the case, forcing air to be blown out of every tiny little vent 
in the case.  This prevents dust from migrating into the case from every 
vent as happens when you have the fans set up as exhausts and negative 
air pressure in the case.  Overall you should end up with substantially 
less dust inside the case with a positive pressure system although it 
works even better if you are filtering the intake fans.

Running one 120mm fan as an exhaust and one as an intake seems like it 
would be very counterproductive as they are located right beside each 
other, likely diminishing the intake and exhaust of each other rather 
than exchanging the entire volume of air in the case.  I would recommend 
that the fans be both used as exhausts or both used as intakes depending 
on temps and noise once you have your particular set of components 
installed in the box.

I have been really pleased w/ the Samsung Spinpoint drives as well. 
I've had 3 of the 160Gb models and they have been very quiet with zero 
failures.  I've had one in a Tivo that has been on 24/7 for almost 3 
years.  I bought the WD based on reviews for it's low noise and the 
additional 2 years of  warranty coverage.  Might have been the wrong 
decision but I guess I'll be the guinea pig.
