I've seen several titles at Barnes and Noble that purport to tell you  
how to build a PC, but I suppose if the authors of them really knew  
how to do it they'd be doing so and not writing books.

I'd start by checking the Amazon or B+N online sites, but I don't  
know if they ship outside the US.

I keep seeing these gmail posts that give no clue as to where the  
poster might be, perhaps that's be design though :-)
