Those parts are capacitors, not crystals. They're most likely used to
decouple (block DC voltages) on the video inputs, or maybe they're to
ensure the PSU voltages on the card are smooth.

You won't easily be able to locate suitable replacements for them
unless you have a Farnell or Radio Spares outlet nearby. FYI they're
47 microfarad, rated at 16 Volts DC.

Of course since they've been knocked off the card there's a strong
possibility that there's (repairable) damage to the copper pads &
tracks the capacitors were attached to.

If the capacitors have simply been knocked off and there are no tracks
or pads lifted you *should* just be able to solder them back on, being
careful to get them THE RIGHT WAY AROUND otherwise they can go POP!
The black stripe on the top of the metal can denotes NEGATIVE, and the
board will either be marked with a white stripe underneath the
component or there'll be a '+' printed there. Note the '+' means you
orient the capacitor with the black stripe at the OTHER end ;)

How the hell you managed to knock components off from the board just
by removing a cable is beyond me - the amount of force required
probably meant you hurt your hand - and if you're that lump-handed I
recommend you just scrap the board or get an electronics bod to fix
it.

Good luck!

Justin
