Unfortunately designing and producing a product is the easy part,  
supporting the purchasers and keeping the lawyers and accountants at  
bay is usually *much* more complicated.

No matter how many times you say "as is", or "unsupported" once you  
take somebody's money you have assumed all sorts of responsibilities  
in their eyes, and even free and open-source software gets criticized  
for not doing what the "non-buyer" expected.

This is why I wouldn't go anywhere near trying to "sell" a Myth  
system, for any price.

There is not enough money on this planet to get me to answer phone  
calls from folks who have to be asked "have you plugged in the  
machine?" , but I will bend over backwards to help somebody who seems  
to at least be trying to help themselves.
