[mythtv-users] Systray to check if recording

Hello,

I've seen many threads about scripts to check if backend is recording, etc...

Right, there is a script to do it with a systray icon:

Made with WxWidgets, it can run on many SO, but it's limited to BE in
the same machine where script runs.

My idea is to re-code the script with QT and add support for many BE,
so you can see when start/stop recording, and if it would be
interesting, to check on the fly the status.

If nobody has done anything so, I'd like to do it and to contribute
with anything after using it a lot :)
