[mythtv-users] Think my current myth box can support HD?

I have a similar(ish) setup - Mx4000 - XP3000 - GIGF of ram and I can't 
play HD TV back properly - jerky playback and 0 idle CPU.

I am using the Nvidia binary Drivers and xvmc

I haven't twekaed the settings at all though.

I guess a decent AGP card is required at least
