More than happy to move a copy of this onto the official wiki. I was just
waiting on the rest of the feedback to make sure the guide is valid and
usable.

The other issue is reformating the content to work well within the Wiki.
Need to find the time to do the work.

One item to note is none of my customer use the MythTV Wiki as they find
it far too hard to navigate. We have links from our support pages to
selected wiki pages, but most of the time our customers come straight back
and question why we don't have equivalent content within our own support
site.
