If you stick to the OpenGL savers (which are the coolest anyway) and you run
a hardware accelerated X server (basically everyone but the Hauppauge
PVR-350 people, as near as I can tell), xscreensaver has near-zero impact on
system performance...  Might as well enjoy the snazziness ! :)
