[mythtv-users] MythWeb shows incorrect Time

I seem to be having a problem with the new daylight savings time affecting MythWeb.  My backend still records shows at the correct time, and displays the correct time in MythWelcome, but if I log in to MythWeb, it shows a time 1 hour ahead of my local time for the current time, as well as any channel listings and upcoming recordings.

For the record, I live in an area without DST changes, so my local time never changes. 

Has anyone else seen this issue?
