[mythtv-users] New Myth Network Remote Control App for Mac OS X

I just put up another update for MythRemote.  It's a minor update,
which just changes some of the keyboard inputs.

- Delete is remapped to Backspace.  "Delete" is not a valid key code
in versions 0.19 and 0.20, so sending backspace gives the desired
functionality.  This is mainly relevant in text input fields in setup
windows.

- Many new key codes were added in 0.21 svn, these codes are now
available in MythRemote.  These include keys like tab, backtab,
asterisk, F13-F24, Home, End, I, and more.   When using MythRemote
with earlier versions of Myth, these inputs will simply be ignored.
