[mythtv-users] Myth Volume

I have a few days off work so I figured I'd tackle the last of my myth 
problems (well, second last, im not even going to have a go at getting 
foxtel working until I move in 12 months). I just cant get the volume 
control to work.

I have a working box and sound works great, except when I let myth 
control the volume. Once I set this option it doesn't seem to matter 
what mixer settings I set, I get no sound out of myth at all. I have a 
feeling it has something to do with ALSA, but like I said, the box works 
fine without this feature, so I haven't really tried much in the way of 
fixing it.

If anyone else has had this issue, and knows the solution, or can point 
me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
