[mythtv-users] New DST wrong even with TZ patches

To my surprise I find all the schedules are 1 hour off starting Sunday
March 11 throught the 14th. But I did load a new timezone package a few days
ago, before March 11 came into the schedule window.
A zdump -v US/Central verifies I have the new rules loaded on the
backend server:
US/Central  Sun Oct 29 06:59:59 2006 UTC = Sun Oct 29 01:59:59 2006 CDT
isdst=1 gmtoff=-18000
US/Central  Sun Oct 29 07:00:00 2006 UTC = Sun Oct 29 01:00:00 2006 CST
isdst=0 gmtoff=-21600
US/Central  Sun Mar 11 07:59:59 2007 UTC = Sun Mar 11 01:59:59 2007 CST
isdst=0 gmtoff=-21600
US/Central  Sun Mar 11 08:00:00 2007 UTC = Sun Mar 11 03:00:00 2007 CDT
isdst=1 gmtoff=-18000
US/Central  Sun Nov  4 06:59:59 2007 UTC = Sun Nov  4 01:59:59 2007 CDT
isdst=1 gmtoff=-18000
US/Central  Sun Nov  4 07:00:00 2007 UTC = Sun Nov  4 01:00:00 2007 CST
isdst=0 gmtoff=-21600

So are the Zap2it listings wrong, or is there another update somewhere
I have to make? I've never had DST problems in the past.
