The backend is specifically stating it cannot access your capture
hardware. This is likely why the software is reporting all cards are
in use if there are already in the database. I would check the current
permissions for your DVB/HDTV cards (are all 3 the same type?) are
sufficient to allow the mythbackend user access to them, and then
restart mythbackend. There are numerous threads about how to do this -
you could go the cleaner but more challenging route and create updated
udev rule, and you could simply have a script run after the devices
are created in their default state and before the backend starts up to
allow it access.

I'd also suggest running the optimize_mythdb.pl script to keep a
regular (daily) check on the state of the database. You can also run
mythbackend and mythfrontend with more detailed logging if altering
the permissions for the capture cards does not help here.
