[mythtv-users] Advice about upgrade/rescue

I recently hah a problem with an upgrade and ended up backing the
whole disk up and reinstalling from scratch.

Am I correct in thinking I by importing the mythtv database (yes, I
have an export) and running mythsetup witch will upgrade the database
if I was using a previous version?
