Jake,

I have a similar config as you, but using Ubuntu 7.04 x86_64 instead of
FC6.
	Kworld ATSC-110
	Hauppauge PVR-250

As for the Kworld, I would suggest making sure that your have the
firmware and it loading properly.
Verify that the dvb-fe-nxt2004.fw firmware is in your /lib/firmware/
folder.
Also check dmesg for a set of lines:

[   50.762428] nxt2004: Waiting for firmware upload
(dvb-fe-nxt2004.fw)...
