[mythtv-users] Requesting help setting up HDHomeRun

I've been having a hard time getting my HDHR
configured properly.  I feel like I'm close, but just
can't get the last little bit worked out.  Perhaps
some kind sole here who has a function one can compare
their setup with mine and let me know what's going
wrong.

I'm running the most recently-packaged .20-fixes from
ATrpms.  My HDHR is working - it can tune and stream
channels to my VLC client.  However, getting it
recognized by MythTV has not been successful.

I attempted to follow the setup instructions, but
could not get anything recognized by the channel
scanning process.  Nothing was found, no entries made
in the dtv_multiplex table, and nothing added to the
channel table.

I am currently attempting to add records to the
database by hand.  I have been focusing on trying to
add records to support the following (as reported by
the hdhomerun_config "scan" output):

SCANNING: 747000000 (us-cable:116, us-irc:116)
LOCK: qam256 (ss=97 snq=90 seq=100)
PROGRAM: 1: 2.1 E3_1 WB

When I attempt to Watch TV, the log information from
the backend reports:

The frontend reports "Signal 95% | (L__) Partial
Lock".

Examining the HDHR during this time shows the
following:

Also, the light that indicates "streaming" on the HDHR
does not come on (it does when watching a show with
VLC).

What should I examine next?  Perhaps someone could
post their working dtv_multiplex and channel entries
for comparison?  Maybe there's some additional
diagnostics I could gather?  I'm at a loss here...
