 From a terminal on the TV run nvidia-settings, and play with the 
overscan setting there until you are satisfied. Save the changes (by 
exiting), then as part of your users autostart run 'nvidia-settings -l' 
to reload the settings each time you restart the box.

I'm not sure you can with the component out on nvidia cards. What 
problem are you having?
