It will happen with all new recordings as long as the recordedseek table
is corrupt.  That's why you need to fix it (with optimize_mythdb.pl). 
Then, you can test that a new recording works, and--when it does--use
mythcommflag/mythtranscode to fix any old recordings whose seek data was
corrupted as you find those recordings.
