[mythtv-users] MythWeb - missing channels

MythTV treats all channels with the same callsign as the same channel.
I think there might be filters that let you see them differently in the
frontend, but I opted to merge them in MythWeb.  If you want them to
show up differently, just change the callsign to something else and
they'll no longer be grouped.
