[mythtv-users] Incorrect length in OSD for MPG videos

I think I've figured out Mythtv counts frames differently than other 
software.  Mythtv sees about 195006, where as TMPGEnc seems 242552 frames. 
When multiplied by frame rate 242552x29.97=8093 sec = 02h14 which is the 
correct length.  Since both play the entire movie, I have to conclude Mythtv 
is skipping something.

Anyone know why Mythtv counts frames differently?
