One thing about MythDora (at least in v4.0 anyway) is that by default it 
doesn't create a /var partition so it is possible that there is a log 
somewhere that is filling up your drive.  You wouldn't think that this 
would be a problem with a 120G drive, but it also uses part of the first 
drive for storage (again by default).  You can change this during 
installation.  They also have forums at: http://g-ding.tv/?q=forum which 
may contain more specific help.

I doubt it has anything to do with LVM.  I have run LVM for years with 
both ext3 and xfs and haven't had a problem with it.
