[mythtv-users] What starts mythlcdserver???

I'm having a problem where on boot mythlcdserver starts automatically but
doesn't seem to connect to the
LCDproc daemon. Killing it and starting it by hand makes it work. Obviously
a timing issue with the boot sequence.

The trouble is I can't find what is starting mythlcdserver in the first
place. The parent PID is 1 so it looks like init... anyone have any clues on
this?

(Running   Ubuntu Fiesty with mythbuntu 0.20-fixes packages.)
