I really appreciate everyones thoughts. Thank you so much!

I'm currently looking out for Slim devices on ebay. They're looking a
bit too pricey for me, but I'll see if any deals come up in the next
month or so (is there a way to automatically check ebay for items?)

The Rocu Soundbridge seems a bit cheaper. How does it compare?

My plan, if I can get it all together is to have a Slim device upstairs
which can select tracks with a remote control. I may then add radio
transmition (if I can work out how) around the house so that there's
music available via radio in any room.

I'll start with trying to pick up a slim device or Rocu, then come back
to thinking about the radio side of things.

Thanks again for everyones input. Let me know if you hear of any good deals!

Cheers
Damian
