[mythtv-users] Can I change the default screen?

Video overlay is always on screen 0. That's the problem, switching them
makes my video playback great on my small monitor with login prompts and
all. But I'd really rather have the login prompts on the monitor with
the video overlay on the TV. That's the whole point. Login screen and
desktop 1 always appear on screen 0, no matter which monitor that shows
up on. I have no problem configuring xorg.conf to move screen 0 back
and forth between the TV and monitor. How can I change KDE's behavior
to get login (and other prompts) and desktop 1 on screen 1 and desktop 2
on screen 0?
