[mythtv-users] missing recording

A programme, which I had set to record, has not appeared in the list of
recordings in Watch Recordings. When I go to the programme I had set to
record in the programme listings for the day and press return, the
message says that the programme has been recorded. The S in the circle
is still there.

Do I assume something has gone wrong or should I search elsewhere to
find the missing recording?
