(sorry for top-posting earlier - was working on something else at the
same time I wrote last msg...)

I'm downscaling to 848x480 on 1080i HDTV using VGA out through a VGA to
component adapter.  I'm not using xvmc though - I figure that if I need
CPU, I can buy more... ;)

Of course, that's today.  I pick up my Westinghouse 47" 1080p LCD soon.
Things may change and by this time this weekend, I might be using
XVMC. ;)
