As I've pointed out a couple of times now, advertisers increasingly
*do* want to know statistics about PVR users -- what percentage skip
commercials, and how much they time-shift their viewing, in
particular. TV networks are particularly eager to get this
information because recent Nielson studies show that the percentage
of people skipping commercials is lower than had generally been
assumed. I think Nielson found that 40% of ads get watched.
