I ordered it on June 20th.
Sent an email asking if used a new chip on June 23rd.
Got a reply back on June 25 says that if it did not work for me, just
to send it back.
Then got a email with a USPS tracking number.
I have not received it yet.

If DeepDiscount's "Free Shipping" is any indication, it could take
three weeks for it to show up.
