[mythtv-users] mythtranscode --honorcutlist status?

Hi All:

In the mythtranscode wiki
( http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Mythtranscode ), it states that

        --honorcutlist Limitation
        --honorcutlist only seems to work (0.19-fixes [9938]) with the
        "-c -s" switch combo, NOT with a specified input (-i) file, even
        if that file is in the mythconverg database.

but I can't find a current bug report in the svn.mythtv.org Trac
listings.  Is the wiki out of date now, or is this still accurate?

PS: The reason I ask is that none of the commercials are getting clipped
from my PVR250 MPEG2 recordings.
