[mythtv-users] [OT] Samsung HDTV Question

It sounds like it is just overscanning the HDMI input, which is standard for
TVs.  This would not be good if you were trying to use it as a PC monitor
because you would lose usable space.  However, for TV this should be fine
since overscan is "standard"  even though the amount varies.

Since this is really a dedicated mythbox and I am watching TV only, the
overscan should not be any more than I would get connecting a cable box to
it and I can live with that.
