[mythtv-users] Guide data "zombie channels"

When you set up your line up on zap2it it tells you this:

Based on the information you provided in steps 1 through 3, the following TV
stations may be available to you. Depending on your TV provider, service
bundle and equipment, some stations may not be available to you. Please
select the stations that you actually receive and want to include in your
Labs subscription.

Section 5.3:

Fill in the survey, then proceed to the lineup choices and configure your
account for your particular location and the channels that you have. This
configuration will be imported into MythTV when you first run the *
mythtv-setup* program.
