[mythtv-users] Mythkaraoke in 0.20

I haven't heard of MythKaraoke, but I've used pykaraoke with the MythTV
games plugin successfully.  You just have to call the executable for the
particular file type (e.g. pycdg) instead of the main pykaraoke executable.
