[mythtv-users] Running optimize_mythdb.pl before mythfilldatabase

I've been running optimize_mythdb.pl daily for months, and also run it
at bootup. The seektables for the recordings didn't get destroyed
until a) I had to hard reboot and b) the optimize_mythdb.pl run during
booting eliminated the corrupted databases, not before.
