[mythtv-users] channel not being added by mythfilldatabase?

ah.  I didn't realize the mythfilldatabase behavior was different for
digital channels.

I was able to add the channel with the "--do-channel-updates" successfully,
but interestingly enough the "--only-update-channels" switch did not add the
channel.

Anyway - I'm good to go now.  Thanks for the help.
