that disclaimer means it cannot decrypt encrypted channels.  this is
the case for all cards though.  if it supports QAM that is the best
you are going to get.

personally I have a KWorld ATSC-110 wich works perfectly and also has
an ntsc tuner that will be supported for dual use in myth .21
