Don't do that for a DISH receiver...  It's just not worth the effort and 
the product you get is 10000x (approximately) less useful than the 
ACTUAL codeset--which Endaf took the time to reverse engineer.

Why you should use Endaf's config (the one on the wiki):
    - The codes are correct--rather than "close enough"
    - ALL codes are available (in case you ever need to have your Myth 
box browse through some of the sys_info pages or whatever)
    - There are /discrete/ power on and power off codes (for which NO 
button on the remote exists), so you can--assuming you do most recording 
in primetime--have a cron job send a discrete power on at primetime - 10 
minutes (or so) so you don't keep re-recording "Blackness and Silence"
    - It's already done--why re-invent a wheel (especially if you don't 
have the time/tools to do it correctly)
