As far as I know, there is no "make uninstall" script. But chances  
are you installed to /usr/local/*. Go check there for "mythtv files"  
and directories. Some stuff should be obvious :) but if in doubt,  
don't remove it.

After you do remove MythTV, what do you plan to do next?
