That particular machine, not so much. However, there are similar
ARM architecture machines, also running Linux, which might do a
decent job of hosting a Plextor ConvertX or similar. Consider
the Iyonix, which is basically a desktop box, or the Thecus
N2100 NAS box (http://www.cyrius.com/debian/iop/)

These are not all that cost-effective, though.
