Not that I condone this sort of thing (using MS Windows, that is), but there is an excellent little freeware program called SmartRipper that will copy the DVD vob file system to your HDD sans CSS in about 15 minutes. You'll still need something to convert the vobs into an iso or an avi, but that's a trivial matter.
