You need the package here:
http://search.cpan.org/dist/Net-Pcap/Pcap.pm
I don't know what distro you are using, but you should be able to search
your apt-get/yum/whatever repositories for it. Or you can use cpan,
which should be installed. Try on the command line 'cpan install
Net::Pcap'. That should get you hooked up, unless you are missing
something else that it finds after that.
