This was my first step, changing to init 3, using
nvidia-graphics-switch, then going back to init 5.  I confirmed in the
logs that it was loading the new driver.

Playback of regular content is fine (although I did not use top to
test the cpu rate).  It is just high def.

I may have given incorrect information as I looked in the console
while starting mythfrontend on the older driver and I saw the xvmc
warnings that I originally thought were unique to the new driver.
