You can also build one for about 20 cents.
-Get an RCA female plug
-Get an old motherboard wire header (from an old HDD LED or something)
-Ground == the outer ring of the RCA
-Solder
Optional:
-Drill a hole in an old PCI backplate (the kind you remove for PCI
cards) and mount the RCA plug
-Profit
